KUM SLD is the field application used by Kah Ung Motor's authorised dealers, workshops and installation technicians in Malaysia. Vehicle and device details, photo evidence and customer sign-off — submitted the moment the job is done.
iOS and AndroidAccess requires a company-issued account. KUM SLD is an internal business tool with no public self-registration. Authorised dealers and technicians should contact their dealer or KUM support for login details.
What the app does
- 01 A guided installation form covering the vehicle, its owner, the device and the installation itself
- 02 Prompted photo capture for the device, vehicle meter, vehicle and completed installation
- 03 Customer declaration with an on-screen signature
- 04 Save as draft and finish the record later
- 05 Search and filter submitted records, with the full timeline and dealer remarks
- 06 English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese interface
